Escrow Agreement

Initialization fees: 760 € HT

• Escrow Agreement initialization,
• Preparation of the initial escrow.

Annual escrow fees per software: 2 545 € HT

• Realization and verification of the deposit at the Depositor's premises or remotely (a half-day),
• Issue of the verification report and the deposit certificate,
• Travel expenses to the Depositor's premises in the Ile de France region,
• Storage of deposited elements,
• A complementary update if it requires no verification nor travel to LOGITAS.

Additional fees

• Additional intervention: € 825 excluding VAT per half-day,
• Accomodation expenses,
• Travel expenses in France and outside the Ile de France region: based on mileage and the 7CV tax rate,
• Travel expenses outside metropolitan France: on quote.
• Any request for copy of deposited material will be the subject to a quote.

Beneficiaries

Information Subscription Agreement

The Information Subscription Agreement is designed to allow the Final Users to receive directly from LOGITAS a monitoring of the Escrow Agreement:

• Delivery of deposit certificates once a year,
• Notification of the Subscriber of termination of the Escrow Agreement,
• No fees for delivery of a copy of the deposit.

Setup fees: 660 € HT

Annual fees per software: 390 € HT

Delivery of a copy of the deposit

Delivery of a copy of the deposit to a Beneficiary without subscription agreement: 2 650 € HT

• Execution of deposit delivery procedure as described in the escrow agreement,
• Time required for the copy of deposited media and cost of media.

Price review

Rates are revised annually on the contract anniversary date and according to the evolution of the index published by SYNTEC.

This price list is effective until December 31, 2026
